1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

As a Faith community we are striving for inclusion for all including those with memory loss and disability. Even though we are having building work at present we are ensuring that the church remains a safe environment, so that those with memory loss can continue to worship.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

We are having considerable building work with major reordering within the church, so we need to ensure safety for the congregation and visitors at all times.
