  • Join the Dementia Action Alliance

    BDVSA has joined the Alliance and is establishing links to organisations working in the field of dementia in the Braintree District.

  • Promote and take part in Dementia Awareness Week

    BDVSA has promoted the week in its e-bulletin issued on 10 May.  The support services provided by local voluntary organisations in the Braintree area also featured in the bulletin. 

    Our forthcoming newsletter to be issued in late May features an article by Essex Dementia Care highlighting the services its provides in Esssex

  • Promote the Dementia Friends Initiative

    BDVSA staff have undertaken training in the dementia friends initiative. BDVSA will promote the initiative to its membership through the newsletter which will be issued around the time of the dementia awareness week.
