1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
Computers can at the best of time be problematical to the home user, we hope that we can support our customers in the best way possible for them in an understanding and supportive way. It may not be easy but from personal experience there is usually a way to achieve the objective. Every person will have a different objective, we must therefore be flexible in our actions.
