1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Providing a facility for dementia and carer support focussed services to be provided from.

Currently working towards making hospital dementia friendly, and maintaining dementia awareness

    Ensure all staff, attend a dementia awareness session

     Ensure environment reflects current evidence of what a dementia friendly environment is. Current Status: Immediate changes have been made and dementia environmental changes will be considered in all future structural planning
