1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

To make a positive change to the quality of peoples lives with dementia and the carers. We can help people to understand dementia and support the carers and sign post to the relevant services.

  • Have Dementia Training for Staff

    To arrange dementia awareness training for all clinical staff and reception staff.
