1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Already very experienced in the provision of legal services to vulnerable clients, Belcher Frost has an excellent reputation on being a caring practice, working with clients with dementia and those who care for them.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

The firm aims to keep the needs of vulnerable clients uppermost in its culture and ethos.  It regularly reviews its procedures, provides training to staff and considers the office environment to ensure a positive impact.
