  • Dementia Awareness raising for staff

We will improve our skills in helping people with dementia by watching the videos supplied by Dementia Friends.

We will ensure all staff are aware of the issues our shop layout may present to customers with dementia.

  • Medicine Awareness

We will take the time to spend with dementia patients to give them a personalised solution to taking medication. If we feel that a patient is struggling we will suggest they have trays made up trying to explain how much easier it will be for them.
