1. Action Plan
1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
We want all our customers to have a happy experience when visiting the shop, providing lots of assistance. We provide seating and also a lot of chat and laughter.
2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
We are very well equipped as a small boutique to offer our services to everyone. 3 members of staff in total.
