1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We offer a relaxed environment where people come to socialise and have a meal.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

We sometimes become very busy and staff need to have more patience to deal with the public at these times.

    Provide staff with access to the Alzheimer's Society customer Facing Staff Guide.
