The d@rt centre is a community venue for all ages who wish to engage with performing and visual arts. With the emphasis on arts, crafts and music, we have a fair trade café where we hold our regular community groups including our book club, knit and natter, wave film society and our elders groups.

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
To enable people living with dementia to continue to participating in community events.

Dementia Awareness raising for staff
Ensure all staff attend a dementia awareness raising session
