1. Action Plan

A large proportion of our customers and staff will be affected by dementia, either directly or as part of their family and friends.  We aim to support those customers by ensuring that we are well informed about local dementia services that we can signpost, as well as adjusting our services where needed.  We have an extra care housing scheme, Clement House, which has been designed specifically to provide a supportive environment for people with dementia.
