1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
To ensure all staff attend a dementia awareness session and that they spend more time with customers affected by dementia
2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
Other customers may have to wait a little longer to be served, so managing this situation.

To identify possible issues for people livng with dementia. Make changes which are feasible and ensure staff awareness of those which are not so they are abe to help visitors within the pemises for example, staff taking custmers to products instead of giving directions.
