1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We come into contact with many people in to community and if we learn more about dementia and the support services available we can signpost people and provide useful information

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

This would be new information for Big Local so a challenge would be making people aware that we have this information.

The working towards Rotherham Being Dementia Friendly sticker in our premises will help us achieve this
