1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We want to support the National Dementia Declaration by helping create a dementia friendly community so that people living with dementia, their carers and family feel safe and supported

    Appoint a champion  for dementia awareness

    Dementia awareness session in Church by local dementia champions and FDAA co-ords

    Arrange an awareness  and training course for church members

  • Dementia friendly church services

    Organise dementia friendly services at Christmas and Easter
