1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

It’s important for me that we are somewhere safe for customers to shop, and people with dementia are no exception, we are more than happy to assist with anyone doing their shopping in store. It’s also important that our security operatives are aware of how to deal with any issues that may occur.
