1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Having better understanding to allow support, patience and care to those who need it, whilst maintaining and following our own procedures to keep our customer’s information safe. To make those living with dementia feel welcome, and understood by colleagues

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

To support those living with dementia within the constraints of the Data Protection Act.
