1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
Provide goods and services to people with dementia and support them in their daily living and within their community.
Improve customer service through increasing staff awareness and understanding of dementia.
Enable people living with dementia to be part of the community and continue with daily & social activities.
Respond to an individual living with dementia's needs and offer apropriate support
