1. Action Plan
1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
As a visitor attraction, we hope to ensure that our museum is suitable for people suffering with Dementia and their carers, and that we can provide a safe environment for them to visit that caters for their needs.
2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
As an independent charity working form a listed building, we have some constraints on what we can do to improve access to the building and how much funding we have available.
