1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Sainsbury’s Andover would like their colleagues to be aware of Dementia and know what to look out for, in order to be supporting and having a greater understanding. Sainsbury’s Andover will always meet the needs of the people with dementia and their carers

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Sainsbury’s Andover prides itself on great customer service, and meeting the needs of every customer. A customer with Dementia or their carer would not affect Sainsbury’s Andover level of Customer service to them.
