1. Action Plan

All our staff will attend a dementia friend session and read dementia awareness publication.

Wec have a table waiter service, who will highlight allocation of toiletsv etc.

Have well signed areas in pub.

We use coin recognition chart and also have glass measure picture charts on display.

We will promote dementia friendly approaches through website and word of mouth.

we will let other local organisations know what we are doing so they can join local alliance.

We will develope good practice within our wider chain.
