1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

To heighten awareness of all members and users of the Church of the difficulties facing those who live with

dementia, and also by their carers.

To provide a suitable environment that is understanding, welcoming, comfortable, supportive and safe
