1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
By raising awareness and encouraging community involvement we wish to promote better understanding and more support locally for people with dementia and their carers.

Ensure all volunteers attend a dementia awareness raising session

Provide awareness sessions in Liss and the surrounding villages and towns (incl; Greatham, Liss Forest, Rake, Rogate, Steep, Hawkley, Bordon, Whitehill and Petersfield).
