1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We are a local and independent agency that supplies Healthcare and Allied professional staff throughout Dorset and Hampshire. Our core values underpin everything that we do and, to this end, we only work with ethical establishments who pride themselves on quality of care. We offer all our staff full statutory training which we include Dementia awareness we feel this enables our staff to meet the needs of the residents.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
