1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We aim to make all our customers journey easy and pleasant. We are aware of customer’s needs and meet them when required.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

To train all staff to recognise customers with Dementia.

As a busy store it is not always possible to give enough time to all customers.
