1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

To fully understand challenges faced by those with dementia and be able to respond to their needs by providing a welcoming environment and staff who are able to assist

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Making time, within the huge raft of training required/'Damaged Public trust in the banking industry takes time to overcome, working with worthy charities amongst other objectives, has helped rectify this.
