1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

The Metropolitan Police Service is determined to make sure that all of the people that come into contact with us experience a service that shows integrity, courage professionalism and compassion.  This means that all people will be treated with care.

 

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

 

Establishing key facts about being a victim of crime and making sure that they are treated with compassion and believed.
