We offer the highest standard of customer care and adapt to their needs.
2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
Ensuring customers entering the store exhibiting the signs of Dementia are treated in the best possible way – and ensuring we can do the best with the layout in our store.
