1. Action Plan

We provide goods and services to people with dementia that support them in their daily living in their community and supporting them in enjoying the best quality of life for longer

We improve customer service by increasing staff awareness and understanding of dementia

We enable people living with dementia to be a part of the community and continue to do daily and social activities

We respond to the individuals needs and offer support

  • Dementia Awareness

    All of our staff are trained in dementia care and support

  • Sharing Best Practice and Information

    We have produced a book - "Listen, Talk, Connect" which provides information on communicating with people living with dementia and is a guide for carers and friends

    We promote dementia friendly approaches through internal/external communications such as newsletters and website and word of mouth
