1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

I offer the highest standard of customer care and adapt to their needs.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Ensuring that a customer exhibiting the signs of Dementia are made to feel as comfortable as possible and want to look at our clocks as well as getting assistance if they wish to bring a clock in for repair.
