We have worked with commissioners of care for people with dementia to ensure they comission quality care services appropriately. The Channel suite at at Broadmeadow has been designed in line with Sterling uiversity and has achieved a Gold Accrediation for the enviroment for those with Dementia. We contribute to supporting the wider community by sharing knowledge and the skills of our staff

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Getting all relevant services to deliver within a set timeframe, due to the service users only staying for a short period of time. Maintaining excellant levels of communication with all relevant parties. To continue to maintain staff motivation to further improves services.
