1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
To provide Dementia information to the carers of the disabled people who attend our Rotherham day services.
To train our staff in Dementia Awareness so they know which carers need the information.
To train our staff in Dementia Awareness so they know how to help members of the public inside/outside of their work environment.

Improve the Dementia Awareness of Scope Staff in Rotherham
We will train our local Scope staff in Rotherham so they are aware of the cause and effect of Dementia and how to identify carers who need assistance and information and how to help people with Dementia in the broader society.
