1. Action Plan

Q1 What barriers do people with dementia or their carers face when using your service?

A. The barriers are communicating, knowing where they are, using front door bell, using toilet door locks, and finding way to bar once you get in the building.

Q2 What roles could your organisation play in delivering the aims of our mission statement?

A. Including people. Signposting people to our work. We could use the club for activities.

Q3 What barriers does your organisation face to playing the role you described in question 2?

A. There is no barrier.

2. Actions

  • Dementia awareness

    Make diagramatic signs for the front door bell, and toilet door. Staff will read our leaflets.
