Q1 What barriers do people with dementia or their carers face when using your service?

A: The barriers are lack of flexible and appropriate breaks services for people with more severe dementia particularly if they have physical or personnal care needs & charging.

Q2 What roles could your organisation play in delivering the aims of our mission statement?

A: The role our organisation play is awareness raising.

Q3 What barriers does your organisation face to playing the role you described in question 2?

A: The barriers are lack of flexible and appropriate breaks services for people with more severe dementia particularly if they have physical or personnal care needs & charging.

    Pledge to nominate a dementia champion who will cascade awareness training to staff, volunteers and carers themselves.
