Q1 What barriers do people with dementia or their carers face when using your service?

A: People with dementia or their carers may not be going into hospital. 

Q2 What roles could your organisation play in delivering the aims of our mission statement?

A: Our organisation raise awareness throughout staff and volunteers outside of the direct N&SC team.

Q3 What barriers does your organisation face to playing the role you described in question 2?

A: The barriers that our organisation does face to playing the role you described in question 2 are finance, capacity.

2. Actions

  • Dementia awareness

    we work together with communities and other organisations, train up as many volunteers with dementia training as possible - Alzheimer's Society.
