1. Action Plan

Q1 What barriers do people with dementia or their carers face when using your service?

A: Not customer facing, but when out at events we are asked for information and advice.

Q2 What roles could your organisation play in delivering the aims of our mission statement?

A: Raise awareness of the issue and alliances. Help with directing people to be involved in research. Provide information about South West Brain Bank. Train staff and volunteers.

Q3 What barriers does your organisation face to playing the role you described in question 2?

A: Not located in Patchway area, however we do have some supporters, carers or people with dementia in the area. Small office.
