We are an 11 – 16 multi-cultural school and leisure centre in Aldershot. The school’s ethos is based around the Olympic values and we encourage every child to live up to our school motto which is ‘be the best you can be’.

  • Raising Awareness

    We are delivering training to our admin and first aid teams across the school and leisure centre. This will be a rolling programme in order to capture any new members of staff

  • Meeting Room Facilities Free of Charge

    The school will make available the conference room with facilities for refreshments for use in any way appropriate for awareness sessions, meetings

  • Translation Service

    We will offer the services of our three bilingual members of staff in Urdu, Polish and Nepali for any translation required to make contact with these
    groups in the community regarding dementia awareness. They will assist in the production of information leaflets on the subject.

  • Community Christmas Festivities

    The school will host an annual Christmas party for the older members of our local community and their carers. We will welcome people with
    dementia and their carers.

  • Student interaction with local Care Homes

    Pupils will go to local care homes to visit people with dementia and will help them with simple crafts and musical sessions.
