Black Swan Care Group has been involved in the Care Sector since our founding in 1991. The Company started as Business Consultants to the Care Sector primarily instructed to give advice to UK Banks, before purchasing its first Care Home in 1994. Since then we have expanded to purchase 20 homes throughout the East of England spanning Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire. 3 of these are rated as Outstanding Overall by the Care Quality Commission, 9 have Outstanding lines within their reports, and the remaining homes are all rated as Good Overall.

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
We offer an adaptable service. Facilities are continually reviewed and updated in order to provide a safe environment in which the needs of every individual are met. We work collaboratively with our residents. Their input and involvement allow us to provide a care package tailored to suit their own unique and specific needs. Our highly skilled staff are given the skills and confidence that they need in order to deliver the highest standards of care and support to every resident. Every person matters and will be treated equally, compassionately and with the utmost respect & dignity. Independence, choice and individuality are at the core of our values We cannot replace home, but that should never stop us trying.
