Tendring Dementia Action Alliance

1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

As a mobile hairdressing service that is predominately for older adults I have a responsibility to my clients to have an understanding of conditions that they may be living with and the impact that may have on them. I try to provide a personalised service and work hard to ensure thatallof my customers receive the best service possible.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
