1. Action Plan
1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
Arundel Lido is able to provide a relaxed enviroment for people to enjoy different activities from swimming - a simple coffee and a chat.
my staff are friendly and keen to be involved and we are hosting a freinds session here in the next month.
we have the provision to work with the town to develop a dementia friendly community and work with others who need advice
2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
all organisations have a finacial challenge, but i believ taht working with oartners this can be overcome.
i have more staff in the summer tahn the winter, but this should not effect the availability and deliverables.
