1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We are a bank in Newmarket town centre, through increased awareness we feel we can assist customers and their families who are affected by Dementia. We would be happy to gain further training to ensure that we are fully able to help customers and to spot signs of when someone might be struggling.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Time and resources.
