1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

At Sip and Tuck we serve a large variety of customers, many of whom come to us when they are without carers.  We pride ourselves on being welcoming and friendly and would live to be a welcoming place for people with Dementia.  We want them to feel comfortable and included.  Our greatest challenge is time to train staff due to a busy fast paced environment.
