1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We believe that we could be of huge benefit in presenting and advising to carers and organisations that care for people suffering with dementia from a legal prospective.

We already attend care homes in this capacity and would tailor our advice sessions which would be given completely free to suit the their needs. We are extremely active in the community of Havering already and would welcome the chance to join.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

None
