If you are an organisation that operates in Derbyshire and would like to imporve the lives of people living with dementia and their carers then please get in touch.

We are looking for organisations from across the public, private and voluntary sector. The local alliance meets quarterly and all members are signed up to the DAA with an action plan outlining what they aim to do to improve the lives of people living with dementia.
