The Alliance

The alliance is made up of various public, private and third sector partners. Organisations interested in joining are invited to complete an action plan setting out what they can do to make a difference to people living with dementia. For more information on how to do this visit the webpage http://www.dementiaaction.org.uk/join_the_alliance

Dementia Hubs

In addition, there are a number of Dementia Hubs run throughout the area. The hubs aim to provide a range of information in one place to people living with dementia and their carers and families.  Organisations which provide support to people with dementia will be available to provide advice, guidance and support, including Age UK, Carers Service, Alzheimer's Society and Care Network.  The venue is informal and people can chat over a brew!

More information on the hubs can be found here: www.thefyldecoastdementiahub.org/
