Oldham Dementia Action Alliance

The Oldham Dementia Action Alliance is made up of organisations across Oldham, working together to radically improve the lives of people living with dementia and their carers.

We want YOU to get involved, by:

  • Signing your organisation up to join the Oldham Dementia Action Alliance
  • Joining the Oldham Dementia Action Friends group if you are a person directly affected by dementia or a family member or carer of somebody living with dementia.

Taking action is easier than you think. Check out the actions our members have already committed to taking by clicking on the organisations listed at the right of this page. We ask members to pledge to a minimum of 3 actions, including:

a) having a named champion who is responsible for leading the implementation of the action plan in their organisation and,

 b) that they increase staff awareness of dementia within their own organisation.
