Ludlow Dementia Action Alliance

The Ludlow Dementia Action Alliance is made up of organisations that operate across the town and are working towards becoming a Dementia Friendly Community, to improve the lives of people living with dementia and their carers.

To become a member of this Local Dementia Action Alliance, organisations submit a short action plan setting out how they will work towards delivering dementia-friendly outcomes . Once this has been submitted successfully, the organisation will be considered a member of the Dementia Action Alliance.

Please contact the Ludlow DAA Administrator before registering as a member and entering your action plan.
