Background

Stoke LDAA (Bellfields & Slyfield, Guildford)is based in the borough of Guildford the County of Surrey in South East England.

The number of people estimated to have dementia in Surrey is over 16,000 more locally across Guildford it is around 1779, though there are many further carers and family friends affected.

The Local DAA has been created to address the issues that people living with dementia tell us they face in their community. Help the local community make changes that will enable people affected by dementia to live better in our community.
