Weybridge Dementia Action Alliance
Weybridge is based in the Elmbridge in the County of Surrey in South East England.
The number of people estimated to have dementia in Surrey is over 16,000 more locally in Elmbridge it is around 1800 and the number is expected to reach 2500 by 2025.
The Weybridge Local DAA has been created to make the lives of people living with dementia and their carers better.
This Weybridge DAA has identified the following priority areas
- Raising Awareness among the local community & holding Dementia Friends sessions
- Raising awareness among local businesses
- Bringing together information about local services for people with dementia and their carers

Steering groups meetings are held quarterly. Alliance Members are most welcome but not obliged to attend
