West Lancashire Dementia Action Alliance

West Lancashire Dementia Action Alliance is due to launch in July 2016 with support from local councils, NHS bodies and the local community.

Alzheimer's Society, Age UK Lancashire, Home Instead Senior Care West Lancashire and Abbey Wood Lodge are just some of the local organisations coming on board.

This is in addition to West Lancashire Borough Council, Lancashire County Council Public Health, Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust and West Lancashire NHS CCG.
