Chelmsford Dementia Action Alliance
Background
Chelmsford strives to improve the quality of life for all residents and is committed to working to make Chelmsford a dementia friendly community.
As the population gets older, work around dementia and other age related conditions will become more important to us all. The work will enable us to start addressing the issues of dementia with our partners in a meaningful and structured way.
Aims
Our aim is to make Chelmsford a dementia friendly city in which people living with dementia and their carers feel confident that they can fully participate in community life.
